If you have a product you wish to return you must first e-mail or call NMA Seminars and obtain a return confirmation code.  Instructions will be given as to whether or not you need to mail the product back if it is damaged, a new product will be shipped to you or if the cost of the item being returned is desired when a check will be issued.  We are here to provide 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
